How contract rates are set
Monthly rates are quoted per project because they depend on tonnage class, expected utilisation and project length. A 25-ton crane on a light-use monthly contract prices differently to a 100-ton crane running near-daily lifts across a long build — in every case, the guaranteed term brings the effective per-day cost below our standard daily rate.
Most contracts run month to month with no long lock-in, so the term can flex as the project schedule changes.

What if I need a second crane during the contract?
Additional cranes can be added to an existing contract, or booked separately through daily hire for a one-off extra lift.
Is the operator included in the monthly rate?
Yes — every contract includes a certified operator for the assigned tonnage class, the same as our daily rates.
