SmartLink Transport started as a single refrigerated-van operator in Dubai and grew, one client request at a time, into a licensed multi-fleet operator running chiller transport, water tankers and mobile cranes from depots in Dubai and Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.

Response on most call-outs
We were built by solving one dispatch problem at a time — not by writing a business plan for three fleets on day one.
Started with a single chiller van serving a handful of restaurant and catering clients in Dubai's Al Quoz Industrial Area.
Expanded to twelve refrigerated vehicles and introduced round-the-clock emergency dispatch for cold-chain clients.
Added bulk and emergency water supply to serve construction sites and labour camps asking for a second service from a supplier they already trusted.
Opened a second depot in Mussafah Industrial Area to serve Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region directly, instead of dispatching every job from Dubai.
Introduced 25T–100T mobile cranes with certified operators, rounding out the fleet for construction and facilities clients.
Unified all three fleets under a single SmartLink Transport brand, booking system and dispatch desk — so any client can request chiller, water or crane support in one place.
Every call or WhatsApp message reaches someone who actually manages the fleet — not a routed call centre.
16 years in UAE logistics and fleet operations. Founded SmartLink in 2014 and still reviews every new corporate contract personally.
Oversees municipality licensing, insurance renewals and HSE compliance across all three fleets and both depots.
Heavy-vehicle engineer running the Mussafah depot, responsible for the maintenance schedule behind every vehicle and crane.
Runs the quote desk and manages standing contracts, so repeat clients get the same point of contact every time.
Certified operators, scheduled maintenance and route monitoring on every job, no exceptions for a tight deadline.
Published day rates for every vehicle class. What's quoted is what's invoiced, with no surprise call-out fees.
Call or WhatsApp reaches dispatch directly. If a job is delayed, you hear it from us before you have to ask.
One dispatch desk owns the outcome across all three fleets — no handing a problem between separate suppliers.
Certificates and policy documents are available on request for corporate and government accounts.

Every driver and crane operator is UAE-licensed and matched to the specific vehicle class before dispatch.
2
Vehicles, tankers and cranes follow a fixed inspection and servicing schedule at the depot, not a reactive one.
3
Temperature logs, route tracking and lift plans are checked before and during dispatch, not just at pickup.
“We run three cloud-kitchen brands and needed a chiller van that could show up on short notice. SmartLink has never missed a slot, even on Ramadan peak nights.”
Operations Manager, F&B Distributor — Dubai
“Our labour camp had a supply gap during a municipality water outage. SmartLink had a tanker on-site within the hour and kept a standing contract running since.”
Facilities Lead Residential Community — Abu Dhabi
“Booking a crane used to mean three phone calls to three different suppliers. Now it’s one quote form alongside our water tanker contract for the same site.”
Construction Contractor — Sharjah
Yes. We hold a registered UAE trade license and operate under Dubai and Abu Dhabi municipality approvals relevant to each service line. Certificates are available on request for corporate and government accounts.
Yes — corporate clients are welcome to visit either the Dubai or Mussafah depot to see the fleet firsthand. Contact the client relations team to arrange a time.
Dispatch runs 24/7/365, including UAE public holidays. Emergency call-outs are covered around the clock.
We run three specialist fleets — chiller transport, water tankers and mobile cranes — through one dispatch desk and one quote form, so a client with a multi-service site doesn’t have to coordinate three separate suppliers.
Our depots run a scheduled maintenance program to minimise breakdowns, and a 24/7 support line dispatches a replacement or a technician to reduce site downtime when one does happen.
Book a visit to the Dubai or Mussafah depot, or go straight to a quote for chiller, water or crane support.
