What a monthly contract actually changes
A monthly contract holds a vehicle against your account for 30 days, at a per-day rate roughly 25% below the daily price, billed once instead of per trip.
The saving isn’t the only reason clients move to monthly. A dedicated vehicle held against your account means you’re not competing with same-day bookings for availability during a busy week, and a breakdown gets a faster replacement swap than a standard daily booking would, since dispatch already knows your route and schedule.
Most restaurants, retailers and florists on a monthly contract started with a handful of daily bookings first, then switched once the route became predictable. If your booking pattern isn’t there yet, daily rental is the better starting point.

Fuel, routine maintenance and a replacement vehicle in the event of a breakdown are all included in the monthly rate — you’re not billed separately for keeping the vehicle roadworthy.
Driver options stay flexible
You can take a monthly contract with a driver included, or self-drive if your own staff hold a valid license for the vehicle class. Some clients mix both — a driver on peak days, self-drive on lighter ones — ask dispatch if that fits your schedule.
You’re not locked in past 30 days
A monthly contract renews by agreement, not automatically into a longer term. If your volume grows enough to justify a dedicated vehicle for six months or more, moving to a long-term contract brings the rate down further.

What happens if I need the vehicle for extra days beyond the contract?
Extra usage within reasonable limits is typically covered. For a route that’s outgrown the contract entirely, dispatch can requote a larger vehicle or additional coverage.
Can I cancel a monthly contract early?
Contracts renew by agreement rather than locking you in automatically — talk to dispatch about your specific timeline when you set one up.
Do corporate accounts get better monthly rates?
