From one chiller van to three UAE-wide fleets
We were built by solving one dispatch problem at a time — not by writing a business plan for three fleets on day one.
- 2014
Founded in Al Quoz, Dubai
Started with a single chiller van serving a handful of restaurant and catering clients in Dubai's Al Quoz Industrial Area.
- 2016
Fleet grows, 24/7 dispatch launches
Expanded to twelve refrigerated vehicles and introduced round-the-clock emergency dispatch for cold-chain clients.
- 2019
Water Tanker division launches
Added bulk and emergency water supply to serve construction sites and labour camps asking for a second service from a supplier they already trusted.
- 2021
Mussafah, Abu Dhabi depot opens
Opened a second depot in Mussafah Industrial Area to serve Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region directly, instead of dispatching every job from Dubai.

Mobile Crane rental launches
Introduced 25T–100T mobile cranes with certified operators, rounding out the fleet for construction and facilities clients.

Is SmartLink Transport licensed to operate across the UAE?
Yes. We hold a registered UAE trade license and operate under Dubai and Abu Dhabi municipality approvals relevant to each service line. Certificates are available on request for corporate and government accounts.
Can I visit a depot before booking?
Yes — corporate clients are welcome to visit either the Dubai or Mussafah depot to see the fleet firsthand. Contact the client relations team to arrange a time.
Do you operate on public holidays?
Dispatch runs 24/7/365, including UAE public holidays. Emergency call-outs are covered around the clock.
How is SmartLink different from a single-service rental company?
We run three specialist fleets — chiller transport, water tankers and mobile cranes — through one dispatch desk and one quote form, so a client with a multi-service site doesn’t have to coordinate three separate suppliers.
What happens if a vehicle or crane breaks down mid-job?
