A dedicated vehicle held for your business for six to twenty-four months, at a custom rate below our monthly pricing — for operations with a fixed, ongoing cold-chain route.
Long-term rental means a vehicle committed to your business for six months or more, priced individually rather than off a published rate card.
It’s the right fit once a route is no longer a question — you know it will run every week for the foreseeable future, and the volume justifies a vehicle that’s effectively yours without the upfront cost, maintenance risk and depreciation of owning one outright. Distribution contracts, standing hospital or pharmacy supply runs, and multi-branch restaurant groups make up most of our long-term clients.
If you’re not certain the route is permanent yet, a monthly contract is the more flexible choice — you can move to long-term later without losing anything by starting monthly first.

Benefits
What a long-term contract adds
Lowest per-day rate
The longest commitment gets the deepest discount off the daily rate card.
Same driver, most days
We prioritise keeping one driver assigned to a long-term route, so your team builds familiarity.
Zero maintenance burden
Servicing, repairs and compliance stay entirely on us for the life of the contract.
Direct account manager
Long-term clients get a named point of contact instead of routing through general dispatch.
Long-Term Rental vs. Buying
Should you sign a long-term contract, or buy the vehicle outright?
At the point where a route runs every day for a year or more, this question comes up honestly. A long-term contract avoids the upfront capital cost, transfers depreciation and breakdown risk to us, and lets you resize or exit if the route changes. Buying only wins once volume is high enough, and stable enough, to make full ownership genuinely cheaper over several years — and even then, many businesses prefer to keep the capital for other things.
We’ve laid out the full comparison, including UAE purchase price ranges and a worked cost example, in our cost guide.

FAQ
Long-term rental questions
How much cheaper is long-term than monthly?
It depends on the term length and vehicle, but long-term contracts typically run below our published monthly rate. Share your route and term and our sales team will quote a specific number.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down under a long-term contract?
A replacement is dispatched immediately at no extra cost — minimising downtime is part of what the contract covers.
Can I upgrade the vehicle size partway through the contract?
Yes — talk to your account manager if volume grows, and we’ll requote the remaining term against a larger vehicle.
What's the minimum term for a long-term contract?
Six months. Anything shorter is better served by a monthly contract.
Do I get the same driver for the whole contract?
We prioritise keeping one driver on long-term routes wherever the schedule allows, though occasional substitutions happen for leave or rotation.
